DJ/MUSIC SERVICES

2024-2026 Events = $350/hr

This applies to when the DJ starts playing music and/or providing sound equipment (ex: wireless mic/PA for a ceremony), until music stops at the end of night. Travel time, load in/out, client meetings, event prep, and taxes are included in the fee. Our overtime rate remains the same, and we charge by the half hour. The pricing structure listed above applies for events up to 250 guests. Larger scale parties will require more sound, and if necessary, two DJs. In these cases, our rate increases to $400/hour.

We have a five hour minimum for DJ services, and no max.

LIVE CHAMBER MUSIC TRIO – STRING THEORY:

Ceremony = $1000
Cocktail Hour = $1000
Ceremony + Cocktail Hour = $1500

String Theory consists of three musicians - two violinists and a pianist. We will start performing twenty minutes prior to the start of the ceremony and will provide ten minutes of postlude music. We will provide one hour of live music when contracted for a cocktail hour.

DRUMMERS – ERNIE ADAMS & FRIENDS:

3 hours of playing time = $1000
Overtime = $175/half hour

We would recommend the drummer starting immediately following dinner and the formal dances.

JAZZ GUITAR – DONOVAN MIXON:

1 hour of cocktail hour music = $500
